Our History

Sundance Construction LLC, (Suncon) was established September 1, 2008, by its owner Scott J. Turcotte. Focusing on residential and commercial construction, Sundance went to work utilizing its 25-years of experience.

Quality Control

Suncon takes quality very seriously. Our clients expect it and our reputation depends on it. To ensure that we provide our clients with a quality project, we prepare and implement a Quality Management Plan designed specifically for the individual project.

Environmental Compliance

Suncon has worked as a general contractor on dozens of environmentally sensitive projects over the years. We take environmental compliance very seriously. As a result, we have never received a compliance violation citation.
