Sundance Construction LLC, (Suncon) was established September 1, 2008, by its owner Scott J. Turcotte. Focusing on residential and commercial construction, Sundance went to work utilizing its 23 year combined experience.
Suncon takes quality very seriously. Our clients expect it and our reputation depends on it. To ensure that we provide our clients with a quality project, we prepare and implement a Quality Management Plan designed specifically for the individual project.
Suncon has worked as a general contractor on dozens of environmentally sensitive projects over the years. We take environmental compliance very seriously. As a result, we have never received a compliance violation citation.
